Dr. Monica Lauren is an accomplished educator, leader, and visionary with more than 35 years of experience in the field of education. Her career began as a lifelong elementary teacher, where she developed a strong foundation in student-centered instruction and academic excellence. She later advanced into leadership roles, serving with distinction as a principal and superintendent, gaining comprehensive experience in school administration, organizational leadership, and educational reform.

In 2009, Dr. Lauren and her husband, Michael Lauren, co-founded Missionary Leadership Academy, combining their shared passion for education, service, and leadership development. The academy reflects Dr. Lauren’s commitment to preparing individuals to lead with purpose, integrity, and faith, drawing from her decades of professional experience and academic training.

Dr. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education, a Master of Business Administration, and a Doctorate in Education. Her unique blend of instructional expertise and business acumen allows her to approach education with both strategic insight and a deep understanding of learner needs.

Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. Lauren is devoted to her family. She is married to Michael Lauren and is the proud mother of three adult children: Brandi (37), Michelle (31), and David (29).
